Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting back the item/s.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. With our centrally located distribution facility, we can promptly fulfill your orders from our head office in Melbourne within 2-3 days to metro areas on the Eastern Seaboard. For most orders, shipping will be based on order size & weight.

Where possible, all items are shipped via AusPost eParcel or one of the major National Courier companies with tracking numbers allocated to your order.

For larger orders and distributors, shipping will be determined by cubic weight and destination, goods are shipped via selected domestic, interstate and international freight couriers such as Direct Freight, FedEx and DHL.
